Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas sector continues to expand rapidly, creating strong demand for skilled industrial professionals across major project sites such as Juaymah. With ongoing operations under international contractors like Saipem, companies are urgently hiring experienced technicians, supervisors, and foremen for long-term industrial assignments. These roles are critical for maintaining production efficiency, equipment reliability, and safety compliance in high-value energy projects.
A new large-scale recruitment drive is now open for multiple technical and supervisory positions in Juaymah under Saipem project operations. This opportunity is ideal for experienced candidates with Aramco vendor codes and prior Gulf industrial experience, especially those familiar with oil and gas plant environments.
Job Role Overview & Importance
Industrial projects in Saipem-managed facilities require a highly skilled workforce to ensure smooth construction, maintenance, and operational support. Electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural teams work together to complete complex engineering tasks that keep oil and gas facilities running safely and efficiently.
Supervisors and foremen are responsible for managing teams, ensuring work quality, and maintaining safety compliance. Technicians and skilled workers execute technical tasks such as installation, maintenance, welding, fabrication, and system troubleshooting. Since these projects operate under strict Aramco and international standards, only experienced professionals with proper certifications and vendor codes are selected.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Electrical professionals will handle installation, maintenance, and supervision of electrical systems across industrial facilities. Instrument technicians will manage calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of control systems and measurement devices.
Mechanical supervisors and millwrights will oversee machinery installation, alignment, and repair activities, ensuring equipment runs efficiently. Pipe fitters and piping supervisors will be responsible for assembling, installing, and supervising piping systems used in oil and gas operations.
Structural fitters and welders will perform fabrication, welding, and structural installation tasks, including GTAW and SAMW welding processes. Welding supervisors and foremen will ensure welding quality, monitor workforce performance, and enforce safety procedures.
All roles require strict adherence to industrial safety standards and coordination with engineering teams to ensure timely project completion.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have previous experience in Saipem or Aramco projects, as preferred candidates will be given priority. Aramco vendor code is mandatory for all applicants. Strong technical knowledge in relevant trades, industrial experience, and ability to work in high-pressure environments are essential.
Candidates must have valid digital Iqama, Muqeem copy, passport copy, Aramco vendor number, and blood group certificate. A service agreement with the sponsor is also required as per Iqama regulations. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.
