Electrical Engineer & Supervisor
Description
The electrical sector remains one of the most important divisions in industrial and construction projects across Saudi Arabia. Companies involved in oil, gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure development rely heavily on experienced electrical professionals to maintain safe and efficient operations. Currently, Trindus Engineering has announced an urgent requirement for Electrical Engineers and Electrical Supervisors for a long-term ARAMCO project. These positions are ideal for candidates who already have project site experience and understand industrial safety standards, electrical systems, and field coordination. Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing, planning, and monitoring electrical work, while Electrical Supervisors ensure that site activities are completed according to project specifications and timelines. These roles play a critical part in maintaining uninterrupted operations and ensuring that all electrical installations meet technical and safety requirements in high-standard industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Engineers are expected to handle project planning, technical supervision, electrical design verification, troubleshooting, and coordination with different departments at the project site. They must ensure that all electrical systems operate efficiently and comply with ARAMCO regulations and industrial standards. Engineers also review drawings, prepare reports, monitor project progress, and support testing and commissioning activities. On the other hand, Electrical Supervisors are responsible for managing technicians and workers on-site, assigning daily tasks, checking work quality, and ensuring that all electrical installations are completed safely and correctly. Supervisors also maintain communication with project management, monitor safety compliance, and solve field-related technical issues during project execution. Both roles require strong teamwork, time management, and the ability to work under pressure in demanding industrial conditions.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these positions should possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, industrial operations, and project site procedures. Previous ARAMCO project experience is highly preferred because such projects require strict adherence to safety regulations and professional standards. Applicants should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and practical experience with electrical equipment, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Electrical Engineers should ideally hold a degree or diploma related to electrical engineering, while Electrical Supervisors must have hands-on experience in supervising industrial electrical activities. Familiarity with safety procedures, documentation, technical drawings, and field coordination is also important. Companies prefer disciplined and responsible candidates who can contribute positively to long-term project operations while maintaining productivity and safety at the worksite.
