A Project Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful execution within the planned timeframe and budget. Working alongside QA/QC Engineers, Lead Engineers/Chemists, Supervisors, WPR Supervisors, Chemical Technicians, Logistics Coordinators, Mechanics, Electricians, and Heavy Drivers, the Project Planner plays a vital role in coordinating project activities and maintaining operational efficiency. GlobalTech Contracting Company is urgently recruiting experienced professionals for a refinery project requiring immediate deployment.
Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities
Project Planners prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with project teams, and provide timely reports to management. QA/QC Engineers ensure that all work complies with quality standards, specifications, and inspection requirements. Lead Engineers/Chemists oversee technical operations and chemical processes while ensuring safe and efficient execution. Supervisors and Foremen manage daily site activities and workforce productivity. WPR Supervisors coordinate permit-to-work activities and ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures. Chemical Technicians perform sampling, testing, and process monitoring. Logistics Coordinators manage material movement and site logistics. Mechanics maintain and repair mechanical equipment, Electricians install and maintain electrical systems, and Heavy Drivers operate heavy vehicles safely according to company procedures.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
