Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Bus Drivers are responsible for transporting employees safely between designated locations while following all traffic laws, company policies, and project safety regulations. Their daily duties include conducting vehicle inspections before and after each trip, ensuring the bus remains clean and roadworthy, reporting any mechanical issues promptly, and maintaining accurate travel records when required. Drivers must ensure passenger safety during boarding, travel, and disembarking while adhering to assigned schedules and routes. They are also expected to demonstrate defensive driving techniques, maintain professional behavior, coordinate with supervisors regarding transportation schedules, and respond appropriately during emergencies. Safe driving practices and excellent customer service are essential throughout the project.
Essential Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have previous professional experience as Bus Drivers and possess a valid bus driving license along with the required certifications. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of road safety regulations, defensive driving techniques, vehicle inspection procedures, and passenger safety responsibilities. Strong communication skills, punctuality, discipline, and the ability to work under project schedules are important for this role. Applicants are required to provide Original and Absher Digital Iqama, Muqeem Copy, Visa Copy, Insurance, Updated CV, Bus Driving License, Passport Copy, Original Passport, Driver Card, Original Body Fitness Certificate, and Defensive Driving Card.
