A Heavy Driver is responsible for operating heavy commercial vehicles such as buses, trailers, and dyna trucks to transport personnel, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently. Heavy Drivers play a critical role in supporting industrial, oil & gas, and shutdown projects by ensuring timely logistics while complying with road safety regulations and company procedures. Trindus Engineering is urgently hiring qualified Heavy Drivers for an upcoming shutdown project with immediate mobilization.
Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities
Heavy Drivers operate buses, trailers, and dyna trucks according to company schedules and safety regulations. They inspect vehicles before and after each trip, perform routine safety checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, report mechanical issues, and ensure cargo or passengers are transported safely. Drivers must comply with traffic laws, site transportation procedures, and Aramco safety requirements while maintaining accurate trip records and coordinating with logistics personnel for efficient transportation.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience operating heavy commercial vehicles in industrial or oil & gas environments. Candidates must possess a valid heavy vehicle driving license and demonstrate safe driving practices, good knowledge of vehicle operation, and familiarity with industrial worksite regulations.
Aramco Vendor Code and Ajeer are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates should also be physically fit, reliable, and ready for immediate mobilization.
