Civil Engineer Required

Key Responsibilities and Work Functions
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying that all civil works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, preparing quality control reports, reviewing material submittals, evaluating test reports, and maintaining inspection records. The QC Civil Engineer will coordinate with consultants, laboratories, clients, and project teams to ensure that testing and inspection activities are completed effectively. Additional duties include identifying non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of two years of GCC or Saudi Arabia experience in quality control and inspection of civil construction projects. Candidates should have a strong understanding of civil construction standards, inspection procedures, testing requirements, and quality assurance practices. Experience in preparing and reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation is essential. Familiarity with project specifications, technical drawings, and international construction standards is highly desirable. Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required to perform effectively in this role. A valid transferable Iqama is preferred.
