Professional Role Overview
The project requires skilled workers including Carpenters, Scaffolders, Plumbers, Electricians, and Steel Fixers. These positions are essential for ongoing construction activities such as structural work, electrical installation, plumbing systems, scaffolding erection, and reinforcement fixing. All roles contribute directly to the successful completion of large-scale building and infrastructure development projects.
Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities
Carpenters will be responsible for shuttering, formwork, and wood structure preparation. Scaffolders will handle erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures while following strict safety procedures. Plumbers will install and maintain piping systems, drainage, and water supply lines. Electricians will carry out wiring, installation, and electrical maintenance work across the site. Steel Fixers will prepare and install reinforcement steel bars as per engineering drawings and project specifications. All workers must follow site safety rules and maintain quality workmanship at all times.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants must have relevant hands-on experience in their respective trades within construction projects. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of working in demanding site conditions, and able to follow supervisor instructions. A valid and large IQAMA is required. Prior experience in Gulf construction projects will be considered an advantage. Workers must be reliable, hardworking, and committed to long-term site duties.
