Direct FACC Company is urgently hiring skilled manpower for multiple construction and finishing trades across various industrial and infrastructure projects. These roles are essential in building, finishing, and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Each trade plays a specialized role in ensuring high-quality construction work, structural strength, and proper finishing standards. These positions are suitable for experienced workers in masonry, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and steel fixing fields.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
Block Masons will be responsible for laying blocks and constructing walls according to project specifications and structural requirements. Tile Masons will handle installation of floor and wall tiles with accuracy and proper finishing alignment. Painters will perform surface preparation and apply paint coatings for protective and decorative purposes.
Steel Fixers will be responsible for cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcements according to engineering drawings. Carpenters will construct, install, and repair wooden structures and frameworks. Plumbers will install and maintain piping systems for water supply and drainage. Electricians will handle electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across project sites.
All workers are expected to follow safety guidelines, maintain quality standards, and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants should have prior experience in their respective trades and a strong understanding of construction site work procedures. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and technical drawings is preferred for all categories. Workers must demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and the ability to follow supervisor instructions accurately. Experience in Gulf construction projects will be considered an added advantage.
