Primary Duties and Responsibilities
An E&I Supervisor oversees electrical and instrumentation activities, supervises work crews, coordinates daily operations, ensures quality workmanship, and enforces safety standards throughout the project. An Instrument & Control Technician installs, calibrates, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains industrial instrumentation and control systems to ensure reliable plant operations. An Assistant Instrument & Control Technician supports senior technicians during installation, maintenance, inspections, and equipment testing while gaining practical field experience. An Electrical Fitter installs, assembles, repairs, and maintains electrical equipment, cable systems, and associated components according to engineering specifications. An HSE Officer is responsible for monitoring workplace safety, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, delivering safety briefings, and promoting a strong safety culture across the worksite.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should possess relevant experience in their respective disciplines and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional performance. E&I Supervisors should have leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems. Instrument & Control Technicians should be skilled in calibration, loop checking, troubleshooting, and industrial control systems. Assistant Technicians should have a basic understanding of instrumentation and electrical maintenance. Electrical Fitters should be experienced in industrial electrical installation and maintenance. HSE Officer applicants should hold IOSH or OSHA certification and possess practical knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response.
