Key Responsibilities
Pipe Fitters will be responsible for installing, assembling, and aligning piping systems according to project requirements. Their duties include preparing pipes and fittings, checking measurements, supporting fabrication activities, reading basic drawings, and ensuring that all piping work is completed according to quality and safety standards. They must use tools properly, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain safe working practices throughout the project.
Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities such as welding, cutting, and grinding operations to prevent fire hazards. They will ensure fire protection equipment is available, observe the work area continuously, identify unsafe conditions, and immediately report any emergency situations. Their role is essential in maintaining a safe environment during high-risk industrial activities.
Riggers will support lifting operations by preparing rigging equipment, attaching loads, guiding materials, and communicating with crane operators and supervisors. They must inspect lifting tools before use, follow approved lifting procedures, and ensure that all lifting activities are performed safely. Skills and Knowledge
