Primary Duties and Responsibilities
A Helper is responsible for assisting supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers with daily construction and maintenance activities. Helpers are also expected to observe workplace safety rules, use personal protective equipment correctly, maintain a clean working environment, and cooperate with team members to ensure project work is completed efficiently and safely.
