Primary Responsibilities and Professional Functions
QA/QC professionals are responsible for ensuring that all project activities comply with approved standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. QC Managers oversee quality management systems, coordinate inspection programs, and ensure compliance with project objectives. QC Supervisors manage inspection teams and verify that construction, fabrication, and installation activities meet quality standards. QC Inspectors perform detailed inspections, testing, documentation reviews, and verification of completed work. Specialized inspectors in welding, piping, coating, valve testing, telecommunications, cathodic protection, and heat treatment disciplines ensure technical compliance within their respective areas. These professionals play a crucial role in maintaining project integrity, safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience
Applicants should possess extensive experience in oil and gas, industrial, or offshore projects, preferably within Aramco environments. Aramco approval is required where applicable, along with relevant inspection certifications and technical qualifications. Candidates must have valid IQMS, BOSEIT, and H2S certifications as mandatory requirements for offshore mobilization. Offshore Medical certification is also required before deployment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, industry standards, and project documentation is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams operating in offshore environments.
