Mechanical Foreman positions are available for an upcoming industrial project, with multiple categories required for immediate recruitment. The company is looking for experienced and capable workers who can join the project for a three-month duration. The recruitment includes Mechanical Foremen, Mechanical Fitters, SBM/Fire Watch personnel, Multi Welders, Welding Foremen, and Bolt Torqueing Technicians. Selected workers will be expected to follow site safety procedures, maintain quality standards, coordinate with other teams, and complete assigned work according to project requirements. Core Duties & Responsibilities
Mechanical Foremen will supervise mechanical activities, distribute work among workers, monitor progress, and ensure that tasks are completed safely and according to project specifications. Mechanical Fitters will be responsible for mechanical installation, fitting, alignment, maintenance, and related site activities. SBM/Fire Watch workers will monitor work areas, particularly during hot work, identify potential fire hazards, maintain constant observation, and immediately report unsafe conditions. Multi Welders must be capable of carrying out welding work on carbon steel and stainless steel according to required procedures and quality standards. Welding Foremen will supervise welding teams, coordinate daily activities, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with safety and welding requirements. Bolt Torqueing Technicians will perform controlled bolt tightening and torqueing activities while following the required procedures, equipment instructions, and project specifications.
Required Experience & Technical Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trade and be prepared to work in an industrial project environment. Mechanical Foremen and Welding Foremen should have strong supervisory and coordination abilities, while Mechanical Fitters should possess practical knowledge of mechanical fitting and installation work. SBM/Fire Watch candidates must understand workplace safety, hot-work hazards, and emergency procedures. Multi Welders should have practical experience in both carbon steel and stainless-steel welding. Bolt Torqueing Technicians should understand torqueing procedures and be familiar with the correct use of torqueing tools and equipment. 6. Bolt Torqueing Technician – 30 Positions
Technicians are required for bolt torqueing activities and must have practical knowledge of proper torqueing procedures.
