Main Responsibilities and Professional Duties

Multi Welder – CS/SS

Workers should be capable of preparing joints, selecting suitable welding techniques, checking completed welds, and maintaining proper work quality.

Welding Foreman

The Welding Foreman will supervise welding crews, distribute daily work, monitor welding activities, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure that work is completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Bolt Torquing Technician

Bolt Torquing Technicians will carry out controlled tightening of bolts using appropriate torquing equipment. They must follow specified torque values, inspect equipment, maintain accurate records, and ensure that bolted connections meet project requirements.

Mechanical Foreman & Mechanical Fitter

Mechanical Foremen will coordinate mechanical teams and supervise daily site activities, while Mechanical Fitters will assist with installation, assembly, alignment, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and components. Both positions require practical mechanical knowledge and the ability to follow technical instructions.

Scaffolder & Standby/Fire Watch

Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely. Standby/Fire Watch personnel will monitor work areas for fire hazards, maintain awareness during hot work, ensure appropriate fire-prevention measures are available, and immediately report unsafe conditions.

Required Skills, Experience and Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant experience for the position they are applying for and must be able to work safely in an industrial or construction environment.
