MAANCO Establishment is currently recruiting experienced Civil Supervisors, Carpenter Foremen, and Steel Fixer Foremen for a long-term construction project in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. These positions are critical to the successful execution of civil and industrial construction activities. Supervisors and Foremen play a key role in managing manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and enforcing workplace safety standards. Primary Job Responsibilities
Civil Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with engineers and project management teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. They supervise site operations and ensure that work is completed efficiently and according to approved plans.
Carpenter Foremen manage carpentry crews, assign daily tasks, supervise formwork installation, monitor work quality, and ensure that construction activities meet engineering standards. Steel Fixer Foremen oversee reinforcement work, supervise steel fixing teams, verify compliance with project drawings, and ensure that all reinforcement activities are completed safely and accurately.
