Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Rigger Level II professionals assist in planning and carrying out lifting operations under the supervision of senior rigging personnel. They inspect slings, shackles, lifting beams, hooks, and other rigging equipment before use, secure loads correctly, and communicate with crane operators using approved hand signals. Rigger Level III professionals are responsible for leading complex lifting operations, interpreting lifting plans, calculating load requirements, selecting appropriate lifting equipment, and ensuring that all rigging activities comply with Aramco safety procedures. Both positions require continuous monitoring of lifting operations, identifying potential hazards, reporting unsafe conditions, maintaining lifting equipment, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently without risking personnel or equipment.
Essential Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must hold Aramco Approval for the relevant Rigger Level II or Rigger Level III position and have practical experience in industrial lifting operations. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of lifting techniques, load calculations, rigging equipment inspection, hazard identification, and workplace safety regulations.
