FAKRYAH ALMUTAIRI (FAM) is urgently hiring Helpers for a long-term project at Riyadh and Al-Qasim. The company is looking for 30 Helpers who are physically fit, hardworking, and ready to join immediately. Helpers play a vital role in supporting construction and industrial operations by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring daily site activities run smoothly. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Helpers are responsible for assisting skilled tradesmen with daily construction and maintenance tasks. Their duties include loading and unloading materials, transporting tools and equipment, preparing work areas, cleaning job sites, and supporting installation and maintenance activities as instructed by supervisors. They are expected to follow workplace safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain cleanliness at the worksite, and work efficiently as part of a team. Helpers also assist in organizing materials, performing manual labor, and ensuring project activities are completed safely and on schedule.
Essential Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing manual work in an industrial environment. Previous experience as a Helper is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates must possess valid employment documents, including a Valid Iqama (Minimum 3 Months Validity), Muqeem, Insurance, CR, Original Passport, and a Medical Report with QR Code. Applicants should demonstrate discipline, teamwork, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Individuals who are willing to work responsibly and follow company instructions will be preferred for this long-term project.
