Role Overview and Industry Importance
These positions are part of critical oil, gas, and industrial construction projects where safety, technical accuracy, and timely execution are essential. Skilled professionals such as supervisors, QC inspectors, welders, and foremen play a key role in ensuring project quality, compliance with Aramco standards, and smooth operational workflow. At the same time, general labor support roles ensure site cleanliness, logistics assistance, and daily operational support for technical teams.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
Brush Painters and Insulators (Aramco Approved) will be responsible for surface preparation, coating, insulation installation, and finishing works according to project standards. Painting and Insulation Foremen will supervise teams and ensure quality execution of site tasks.
Mechanical Supervisors will manage pipeline-related mechanical works, while Telecom Supervisors and Foremen will oversee telecom installation and maintenance activities.
Coating QC (Aramco Approved with CBT) will inspect coating works and ensure compliance with Aramco standards.
Welders (6G) with Aramco vendor codes will perform high-quality welding operations in pipeline and structural works.
Mechanical Tank QC (Aramco Approved with CBT) will ensure inspection and quality control of tank fabrication and installation works.
Cleaning Labour (Nepali, Single Sponsor) will assist in general cleaning and maintenance tasks at Riyadh project sites.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective fields, particularly in Aramco-approved projects for technical positions. QC and supervisory roles require valid certifications including CBT approval where applicable. Welders must hold valid 6G welding certification and Aramco vendor code.
Foremen and supervisors should have strong leadership experience in industrial construction, especially pipeline or telecom sectors. Labour candidates must be physically fit and ready for long-term deployment. Prior GCC experience will be considered an advantage.
