Eastern Diamond Construction Co. Ltd. (EDC–EGC–FNS) is urgently hiring experienced Piping Foremen and Fire Watchers (Gas Cutting) for a major project. The Fire Watcher will monitor hot work operations, especially gas cutting activities, identify fire hazards, and ensure immediate response to any unsafe conditions. Primary Responsibilities
The Piping Foreman will oversee daily piping work, assign tasks to crew members, monitor project progress, interpret piping drawings, coordinate with engineers, and ensure all installation work complies with project specifications and safety procedures. The role also involves maintaining quality standards, preparing work reports, and ensuring efficient use of manpower and materials.
The Fire Watcher (Gas Cutting) will monitor hot work areas during gas cutting operations, inspect fire prevention equipment, ensure fire extinguishers are readily available, identify potential hazards, maintain continuous surveillance during hot work, and report unsafe conditions immediately. The successful candidate will support the site’s overall safety program and ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for. Candidates applying for the Piping Foreman position should possess strong leadership skills and practical experience in industrial piping projects.
