Safety Officer / Work Permit Receiver (WPR)
Platinum Check is urgently recruiting experienced Safety Officers and Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for immediate mobilization in industrial projects located in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. These positions are essential for maintaining strict workplace safety standards and ensuring controlled execution of all site activities. Safety Officers are responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations, while WPR professionals manage permit-to-work systems to ensure that all operations are properly authorized and safely executed under industrial compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and identifying potential hazards before work begins. Duties include conducting site inspections, delivering toolbox talks, enforcing PPE usage, and preparing safety reports. The officer must ensure that all workers follow established safety procedures and that risks are minimized across all operations.
The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will be responsible for managing and verifying work permits before any job activity begins. This includes ensuring that risk assessments, isolation procedures, and safety approvals are properly completed. The WPR will coordinate with supervisors and safety teams to ensure that only authorized and safe work is carried out on site, maintaining strict compliance with project regulations.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
