Millwright Operator
Hiba Rose Contracting Co. is offering an urgent requirement for experienced Millwright Operators for a long-term industrial project located in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for supporting mechanical installation, maintenance, and operational tasks in industrial environments. The position requires skilled workers with strong technical understanding of machinery handling, alignment, and installation processes. Candidates must be ready to work in demanding site conditions while ensuring high safety and performance standards.
Key Duties and Work Responsibilities
Selected Millwright Operators will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment used in industrial and construction sites. Their duties include operating machinery, assisting in equipment alignment, handling lifting and positioning of heavy components, and supporting maintenance teams during shutdown or operational activities. Operators must ensure that all tasks are performed according to safety guidelines and project specifications. They are also responsible for inspecting equipment before use, reporting faults or defects, and maintaining proper coordination with supervisors and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have prior experience in millwright or mechanical operator roles, preferably in industrial or construction projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools handling, and equipment installation is essential. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure in field conditions. A valid set of documents including Absher, Muqeem, insurance, body fitness certificate, and original passport is mandatory. Applicants must also demonstrate reliability, teamwork skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
