Focus Service Company Ltd. is conducting an urgent recruitment campaign for Safety Officers (Non-Aramco) for projects located in Riyadh, Yanbu, and Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for safety professionals with recognized safety certifications and experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and project safety standards. Duties include conducting daily safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, preparing risk assessments, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring workers follow approved safety procedures.
The role also requires monitoring permit-to-work activities, investigating incidents, preparing safety reports, and assisting management in maintaining a safe working environment. Safety Officers must promote safety awareness among workers and ensure compliance with all site regulations.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience in occupational health and safety within construction, industrial, maintenance, or infrastructure projects. Strong communication and reporting skills are required.
A valid NEBOSH Certificate (2020/2021) is mandatory for this position. Candidates should be capable of conducting safety inspections independently and enforcing site safety requirements effectively.
