Black Shield International Company is urgently recruiting experienced industrial safety and operations professionals for a project in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. The available positions include Fire Watchers, Rigger Level III, and Work Permit Receivers with valid Aramco certification. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong oil & gas and industrial project experience seeking short-term extendable contracts in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

Fire Watchers will be responsible for monitoring hot work activities and ensuring fire safety compliance at the worksite. Rigger Level III personnel will handle lifting operations, equipment inspection, load securing, and safe coordination with crane operators. Work Permit Receivers will manage permit-to-work systems, ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards, and coordinate between work crews and safety teams to ensure safe execution of operations.

All roles require strict adherence to safety protocols, site regulations, and Aramco-approved procedures.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Requirements

Applicants must possess valid Aramco certification relevant to their position. Strong experience in industrial safety, oil & gas construction, or maintenance projects is required. Candidates should be familiar with risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, lifting operations, and fire safety procedures. Vendor code and chamber agreement are mandatory for all applicants.
