Job Responsibilities
3G/4G Welders are responsible for performing high-quality welding on structural steel and piping components while following approved welding procedures and engineering specifications. They must prepare materials, inspect welding equipment before use, maintain accurate weld quality, and ensure all work complies with project standards. Welders are also expected to interpret technical drawings, maintain workplace safety, perform visual inspections of completed welds, and work closely with supervisors and quality inspectors to deliver reliable and defect-free results throughout the project.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have 5 to 6 years of relevant welding experience and be proficient in 3G and 4G welding positions. Candidates must possess valid Chamber and Ajeer documentation along with an Iqama valid for more than three months. Experience certificates are mandatory and must be submitted with the application. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, the ability to read welding drawings, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. Candidates should also be capable of working efficiently in demanding industrial environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
