ManLift Operator (Rate: 16 SAR per Hour)
RAFCO is currently hiring Man Lift Operators for a major industrial project. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced equipment operators looking for stable employment with company-provided benefits. The company is seeking skilled professionals who have at least two years of relevant experience and are ready for immediate mobilization.
Selected candidates will work on a long-term industrial project, operating man lift equipment safely and efficiently while following company safety procedures. RAFCO is offering a competitive rate of 16 SAR per hour, along with food and accommodation provided by the company. Candidates with complete documentation and an original passport will receive preference during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Man Lift Operators will be responsible for operating aerial work platforms safely to support maintenance, construction, and industrial activities at the project site. Daily responsibilities include inspecting the equipment before operation, positioning the man lift correctly, transporting workers to elevated work areas, and ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations. Operators must report equipment issues immediately, maintain operational records when required, and work closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Candidates are also expected to follow company procedures and ensure safe operation at all times.
Skills and Qualification Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience operating man lift equipment on construction or industrial projects. Candidates must be familiar with safe operating procedures and be capable of working in demanding project environments. Previous experience on oil and gas or industrial sites will be considered an advantage.
Applicants must possess a valid Iqama Copy, Original Passport, and other normal employment documents required for mobilization. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of following all company safety policies throughout the project.
