Key Responsibilities and Daily Work Duties
Safety Officers are responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across project sites while ensuring compliance with Aramco standards. Daily duties include conducting safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, organizing toolbox talks, monitoring work permits, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring all employees follow approved safety procedures. They also coordinate with supervisors and project management to promote a safe and productive working environment.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants must be Aramco Approved Safety Officers with relevant industrial or oil & gas project experience. Candidates holding PS 10 Orientation and Aramco approval for Yanbu and Madinah will receive preference. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and safety documentation is essential. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, teamwork, and attention to detail are required for this position.
