Key Responsibilities & Job Role

The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding systems in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include reading work instructions, selecting appropriate scaffolding materials, ensuring structures are properly secured, conducting routine safety inspections, and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. Candidates must follow company safety procedures at all times and coordinate effectively with supervisors and other site workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have practical experience in scaffolding work on industrial or construction projects. A valid Original TUV Certificate is mandatory for this position. Candidates must also possess good knowledge of scaffold components, safe erection and dismantling procedures, load capacities, and workplace safety standards. Physical fitness, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights are essential qualities for this role. A valid Iqama and all required documentation must be available before applying.
