Job Responsibilities and Professional Duties
The Civil Foreman will supervise daily construction activities, coordinate work crews, monitor project progress, ensure compliance with engineering drawings, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site. The foreman will also communicate with engineers and project management to ensure work is completed efficiently and within the project schedule.
The CFRP Panel Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) panels according to project specifications. Duties include preparing work surfaces, handling CFRP materials, performing installation with precision, conducting quality inspections, and following strict safety procedures. Both positions require teamwork, technical knowledge, and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have practical experience in their respective fields and be capable of working on large construction projects. Civil Foremen should possess strong leadership, planning, and site management skills with experience supervising construction teams. CFRP Panel Technicians should have experience handling composite materials, panel installation, and related construction techniques.
