Concrete Mason, Carpenter, Steel Fixer & Helper
Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Concrete Masons will be responsible for preparing and finishing concrete structures, including mixing, pouring, leveling, and ensuring proper curing of concrete works. Carpenters will handle formwork, shuttering, and wooden structure installation according to project drawings and specifications. Steel Fixers will be responsible for cutting, bending, and tying steel reinforcement bars to strengthen concrete structures as per engineering requirements. General Helpers will assist skilled workers by carrying materials, preparing work areas, supporting site operations, and maintaining cleanliness. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and strictly adhere to safety procedures throughout the project.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience in construction or industrial projects, particularly in masonry, carpentry, or steel fixing work. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks efficiently. Candidates must be ready for immediate interview and mobilization. All required documents must be submitted in proper format, including passport, iqama, muqeem, GOSI, insurance, and medical fitness certificates in a single PDF file. Preference will be given to candidates with Gulf experience and the ability to work in demanding construction environments. Discipline, teamwork, and reliability are essential for all positions.
