Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities

Spider Lift Drivers are responsible for operating aerial work platforms safely, transporting workers to elevated work areas, performing daily equipment inspections, and following all site safety regulations. Glass Fitters install, align, and secure glass panels, curtain walls, and glazing systems while ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with engineering drawings. Helpers assist skilled workers by transporting materials, preparing work areas, handling tools and equipment, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting daily construction activities. All employees must follow workplace safety procedures, cooperate with supervisors, and perform their duties efficiently to maintain project productivity.
Professional Qualifications and Required Skills
Candidates must have previous work experience in their respective trade, as experience is mandatory for all available positions. Spider Lift Drivers should be experienced in operating lifting equipment safely within construction environments. Glass Fitters should possess practical knowledge of glazing systems, installation techniques, and construction safety standards.
