This is a major oil & gas and petrochemical-related project requiring experienced manpower in welding, piping, rigging, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Main Responsibilities and Work Duties
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their trade and supervisory roles. E&I Supervisors will oversee electrical and instrumentation activities, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Welding Foremen will manage welding crews, monitor quality standards, and ensure safe execution of fabrication works. Piping Foremen will supervise pipe installation and alignment activities, ensuring technical accuracy. Rigging Foremen and Riggers will handle lifting operations, equipment movement, and safe material handling according to industrial safety procedures. Pipe Fitters, Electricians, Instrument Technicians, and Millwright Fitters will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical support tasks in line with project requirements. Welders (SS TIG & CS TIG) will execute high-quality welding work based on technical drawings and industrial standards.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, shutdown, or industrial construction projects. Supervisory roles require strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience managing manpower on-site. Welders must be skilled in TIG welding for stainless steel and carbon steel applications. Riggers must hold valid TUV certification or Aramco-approved credentials depending on level. Electricians and Instrument Technicians should demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in installation and maintenance work.
