The Structural Engineer cum Site Supervisor will supervise structural activities while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and engineering requirements. Piping Supervisors will manage piping and pipeline installation, testing, and commissioning activities, whereas Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom Supervisors will oversee their respective disciplines, ensuring safe execution, technical compliance, and smooth coordination with project teams. All positions require strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations while maintaining effective communication with engineers, contractors, and project management.

Skills, Qualifications & Professional Requirements

Applicants should possess strong industrial EPC or industrial plant experience with excellent technical knowledge in their respective disciplines. Civil Engineers, Civil Supervisors, and Piping Supervisors must have 7–8 years of Industrial EPC experience, while Structural Engineers, Electrical Supervisors, Instrumentation Supervisors, and Telecom Supervisors should have a minimum of 5 years of industrial plant experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to interpret engineering drawings, supervise site activities, manage project teams, and maintain high-quality standards is essential.
