Job Description
The company is recruiting experienced and semi-skilled workers to support construction and maintenance activities. Successful candidates will perform trade-specific duties while maintaining quality workmanship and complying with project health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carpenters will construct, install, and repair wooden structures and formwork. AC Technicians will install, service, and maintain air conditioning systems while diagnosing and repairing faults. Helpers will assist skilled workers, transport materials, and maintain clean work areas. Plumbers will install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems. Security Guards will monitor project premises, control access, protect company property, and report security incidents when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades. AC Technicians and Plumbers should be familiar with maintenance and installation procedures, while Carpenters should have practical construction experience.
