Job Role Overview & Importance
The required workforce covers both technical and general construction responsibilities. WPRs help coordinate permitted work activities and support compliance with site procedures, while Safety Officers contribute to maintaining safe working conditions. Steel Fixers and Carpenters are essential for structural and construction work, preparing reinforcement and carrying out formwork or related activities. General Labourers provide practical support to project teams with material handling and other assigned site duties. Together, these roles help keep construction operations organized, productive, and safe in Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Work Permit Receivers may coordinate work permits, communicate permit conditions, and ensure that work teams follow the required controls before and during permitted activities. Safety Officers will monitor workplace conditions, identify hazards, and support compliance with established safety procedures. Steel Fixers will handle reinforcement steel preparation, cutting, tying, and placement according to project requirements. Carpenters may perform formwork and other construction-related carpentry tasks. General Labourers will assist skilled workers, move materials, prepare work areas, and complete general duties assigned by supervisors.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience for the position they are applying for and be capable of working efficiently in a project environment. WPR and Safety Officer candidates should have suitable knowledge of their respective responsibilities, while Steel Fixers and Carpenters should have practical trade skills.
