Safety Officer (Vacancies: 10)

Key Responsibilities & Site Duties
Selected Safety Officers will monitor daily site activities and ensure that workers and supervisors comply with applicable health and safety requirements. Their responsibilities may include conducting workplace inspections, identifying potential hazards, monitoring PPE usage, supporting toolbox talks and safety meetings, and advising work teams on appropriate preventive measures. The Safety Officer may also assist with incident reporting, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, and maintaining safety records. Strong communication and practical knowledge of industrial safety procedures are essential for performing these duties effectively.
Required Experience, Skills & Documentation
Applicants must hold YANSAB approval, which is clearly stated as mandatory for this vacancy. Candidates with SABIC project experience are additionally preferred. Applicants should have sufficient knowledge of industrial safety practices and be capable of working responsibly with supervisors, technicians, and other site personnel.
