Key Responsibilities & Work Duties
The selected Pipe Fitters will be responsible for carrying out piping-related activities according to project drawings, specifications, and site instructions. Pipe Fitters must ensure that components are correctly positioned and securely connected before the system proceeds to the next stage of work. They may also work alongside welders, fabricators, riggers, and other construction personnel to complete piping activities efficiently. Maintaining proper housekeeping, following approved safety procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions are important parts of the job.
