Role Overview and Industry Importance
The available positions are critical to the successful execution of offshore construction, maintenance, fabrication, and lifting operations. Structure Piping Fitters are responsible for piping installation and assembly activities, while Structure Welders perform precision welding work according to approved standards and project specifications. Riggers play a key role in lifting and material handling operations, ensuring safety and efficiency during crane-related activities. Scaffolders support construction and maintenance teams by providing safe access platforms that enable work at elevated locations. Core Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Selected candidates will perform duties according to project requirements and offshore safety regulations. Structure Piping Fitters will install, align, and assemble piping systems while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings. Riggers will conduct safe lifting operations, inspect rigging equipment, and coordinate with crane operators. Structure Welders will carry out welding tasks, maintain weld quality, and ensure adherence to approved procedures. Scaffolders will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following safety standards. All personnel must maintain strict compliance with offshore regulations, participate in safety meetings, and contribute to a safe and productive working environment.
Required Skills, Certifications and Experience
Applicants should possess relevant offshore construction experience and a strong understanding of industry safety practices. Riggers must hold Aramco certification, while all candidates should demonstrate technical competence in their respective trades. Previous Aramco offshore experience is preferred and will provide a significant advantage during selection. Candidates must be physically fit for offshore work and capable of operating in demanding project environments. Original BOSIET and H2S certifications are mandatory requirements. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and commitment to workplace safety are highly valued.
