Work Duties & Site Responsibilities

Selected employees will perform their duties according to their respective positions and project requirements. The Structure Foreman will supervise structural activities, coordinate workers, monitor daily progress, and ensure work is performed safely and according to site instructions. Flagman TUV personnel will assist with safe movement of vehicles, equipment, and site activities while following approved signaling procedures. Firewatch TUV workers will monitor designated work areas for fire hazards and support hot-work safety requirements. Rigger Helpers will assist riggers with lifting, material handling, and preparation of rigging equipment, while Normal Helpers will provide general support to skilled workers and site teams. All employees are expected to follow safety rules and instructions from supervisors.

Required Skills, Experience & Documentation
