These roles are suitable for experienced workers in oil, gas, and construction environments who can work efficiently under site safety standards and project deadlines.
Job Role Overview and Purpose
The recruited workforce will support critical industrial activities including insulation work, piping fabrication, scaffolding erection, fireproofing, painting, and welding operations. The main purpose of these roles is to ensure proper installation, protection, and finishing of industrial structures and piping systems. In large-scale projects, these trades collectively contribute to structural integrity, safety compliance, and operational readiness of industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
Insulators and Insulator Foremen will apply insulation materials to pipes and equipment to prevent heat loss and ensure safety compliance. Scaffolders and Scaffolding Foremen will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures for safe working access at height. Pipe Fitters and Pipe Fabricators will handle installation, alignment, cutting, and assembly of piping systems. Welders (6G and plate welders) will perform high-standard welding on structural and piping components. Painters and Spray/Brush Painters will apply protective coatings and fireproofing materials. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site operations and material handling.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Applicants must have relevant industrial experience in their respective trades. Scaffolder positions require TUV certification, while all candidates must provide valid IQAMA, Muqeem, passport copy and original passport, medical fitness certificate, insurance, business GOSI, Chamber documentation, and AJEER. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments such as refineries, construction sites, and fabrication yards. Strong discipline, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential.
