Job Role Overview & Importance
Electrical and piping supervisors play a key role in managing technical teams on offshore and industrial project sites. Their responsibility is to ensure that installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities are carried out according to approved engineering drawings and safety standards.
In offshore environments, these roles become even more critical due to limited space, strict safety regulations, and high-risk operational conditions. Supervisors ensure smooth coordination between workers, engineers, and safety teams to maintain productivity and prevent accidents.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Electrical supervisors will oversee electrical installation work, monitor wiring systems, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Electrical foremen will support field teams, assign daily tasks, and ensure safe execution of electrical activities.
Piping supervisors and foremen will be responsible for managing pipe installation, alignment, welding coordination, and inspection support activities. They will also ensure that all piping work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
All supervisory staff will be responsible for monitoring workforce performance, maintaining safety compliance, reporting site progress, and coordinating with project engineers and offshore management teams.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have relevant offshore project experience, as it is a mandatory requirement for this role. Prior experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or marine construction projects will be highly preferred.
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in their respective fields, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills. Vendor code eligibility and valid Saudi work documents are required for consideration.
