Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
Steel Fixers will be responsible for fixing and tying steel bars according to structural drawings. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely at construction sites. Carpenters will handle formwork and wood-related structural tasks. Plumbers will install and maintain piping systems, while Electricians will manage electrical installations and wiring systems. Duct Masons will work on duct installation and finishing, and Welders will perform welding tasks as per site requirements. All workers must follow safety instructions, maintain discipline on site, and ensure quality workmanship in all assigned tasks.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must have prior experience in their respective trades such as steel fixing, scaffolding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, duct masonry, or welding. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in industrial and construction environments. Basic understanding of safety procedures is required. Experience in GCC projects will be an added advantage. Workers with valid and transferable Iqama will be preferred.
