Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions. Pipe Fitters, Pipe Fabricators, Structural Fitters, and Riggers will be responsible for fabrication, installation, alignment, lifting, and maintenance activities related to piping and structural systems. Fire Watchers and Safety Officers will monitor work areas, enforce safety regulations, and help prevent workplace incidents. Work Permit Receivers (WPRs) will coordinate permit-to-work activities and ensure compliance with project procedures. Instrument Technicians, Industrial Electricians, and Millwrights will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to support uninterrupted operations. Supervisors and Foremen will manage manpower, coordinate daily activities, monitor productivity, and ensure all work is completed according to engineering specifications and project schedules. Effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures are required across all positions.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience in industrial construction, refinery, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects. Candidates applying for technical, fitter, foreman, and supervisory roles must be capable of reading technical and as-built drawings accurately. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and industrial work practices is highly desirable. Aramco-certified positions require valid certifications with the required validity period. Fire Watchers must possess the required Human Assets Institute certifications, while Manlift Operators must hold a valid IPAF certificate with a minimum six months validity. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving abilities, technical competence, and the ability to work efficiently in challenging project environments. Previous experience on major industrial projects will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
