Job Purpose and Importance
The Helper role is essential in supporting skilled workers and ensuring smooth daily operations at construction and industrial sites. Helpers assist in manual tasks such as material handling, site preparation, cleaning, and supporting technicians and other trades. In large-scale projects like Thuraif, Helpers play a crucial role in maintaining productivity, reducing delays, and ensuring that skilled workers can focus on technical tasks. This position is important for keeping site operations organized, efficient, and safe.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing general labor duties as assigned by site supervisors. Tasks include loading and unloading materials, assisting tradesmen, maintaining cleanliness at work sites, and supporting installation or construction activities. Helpers must follow all safety instructions, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain discipline on site. They may also assist in transporting tools and preparing work areas for ongoing operations. Cooperation with team members and adherence to instructions are essential for successful performance in this role.
Required Skills, Experience, and Documentation
Applicants should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding industrial environments. Prior experience in construction or industrial projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
