Land Surveyor, Civil Supervisor, Civil Foreman
Yas International General Contracting Est. is urgently recruiting skilled professionals for a long-term project in Jubail 2. The company is hiring Land Surveyors, Civil Supervisors, Civil Foremen, and Multi Welders (CS SMAW) to support ongoing construction and industrial activities. These positions are ideal for experienced professionals who can deliver high-quality work while maintaining project standards and safety requirements. Selected candidates will benefit from room-to-room duty with transportation provided by the company. Applicants should be prepared to attend the scheduled trade test and join the project immediately after selection.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Land Surveyors are responsible for conducting site surveys, taking accurate measurements, preparing survey reports, and assisting engineering teams with construction layouts and boundary verification. Civil Supervisors oversee daily civil construction activities, manage manpower, monitor work quality, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with engineers and project management. Civil Foremen supervise construction crews, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure that work is completed safely and according to approved drawings. Multi Welders (CS SMAW) perform carbon steel welding using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), inspect weld quality, prepare materials, and ensure all welding work complies with project standards and safety regulations.
Essential Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should possess relevant experience in their respective fields and demonstrate the technical knowledge required for industrial construction projects. Land Surveyors should be proficient in survey instruments, measurements, and layout preparation. Civil Supervisors and Civil Foremen must have strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
