Job Role Overview and Purpose

This offshore requirement includes multiple supervisory and technical positions such as WPR Third Party Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, and Foremen for sand blasting, scaffolding, and mechanical works. Additional roles include inspectors, electrical and mechanical technicians, safety officers, riggers, scaffolders, steel fixers, masons, helpers, and welders. Each category plays a critical role in supporting offshore construction, maintenance, inspection, and operational safety. Supervisors manage teams and ensure compliance, technicians handle technical systems, and safety staff ensure risk-free execution of offshore activities.

Key Responsibilities and Work Duties

WPR Supervisors will manage work permits and ensure all offshore activities are approved according to safety protocols. Mechanical and Civil Supervisors will coordinate site operations and monitor project execution. Foremen will supervise daily workforce activities including scaffolding, blasting, and mechanical tasks. Technicians will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. Inspectors will verify scaffolding quality and structural safety compliance. Fire Watch and Hole Watch personnel will monitor hazardous operations and ensure emergency readiness. Safety Officers will enforce offshore safety standards and conduct inspections. Welders, riggers, steel fixers, masons, and helpers will support construction and maintenance work as per project requirements.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Applicants must have relevant offshore or industrial experience depending on their category. Supervisors and foremen should have strong leadership and site management experience. Technicians must be skilled in electrical and mechanical systems. Riggers and scaffolders must hold valid TUV certification. Safety Officers must have strong knowledge of offshore safety procedures and IQAMA approval. Some positions require Chamber approval and CV submission. All candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in offshore environments. Saipem Medical fitness is mandatory for offshore deployment, and only candidates meeting all requirements will be considered.
