Job Role Overview and Importance
The Scaffolder role is essential in construction and industrial projects as it involves the assembly, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures used for safe working at heights. Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures according to engineering requirements and safety guidelines. Duties include inspecting scaffolding components before use, ensuring proper installation of platforms, and maintaining structural stability throughout project duration. Scaffolders must also identify and report any hazards, ensure safe access for workers at height, and strictly follow site safety protocols.
