Civil Supervisor (MASC Establishment)
Marsad Al Sharq Contracting Establishment is urgently recruiting an experienced Civil Supervisor for ongoing industrial and Aramco-related projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for overseeing civil construction activities, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and safety standards. The Civil Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating site operations, managing workforce activities, and ensuring that all work is executed according to engineering drawings and Aramco project requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities on site, including excavation, structural works, and finishing tasks. The role includes ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, foremen, and survey teams to ensure smooth project execution. The supervisor will also monitor workforce productivity, inspect ongoing work for quality compliance, and resolve on-site technical issues. Ensuring adherence to Aramco standards and maintaining proper documentation of site activities is also part of the role.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must have prior experience working on Aramco projects, along with a valid Surveyor Certificate. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site supervision practices, and quality control procedures is required.
Candidates should possess leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage teams in demanding industrial environments. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or oil & gas projects will be considered a strong advantage.
