Tahani Qaed Eid Al Otaibi Contracting Est. (TAC) is urgently hiring skilled and semi-skilled construction workers for long-term projects in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. These positions are essential for large-scale building and infrastructure development activities. Each trade plays a critical role in ensuring structural strength, finishing quality, and timely completion of construction projects. The company requires experienced workers capable of performing site duties efficiently under supervision while following safety and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

Carpenters will be responsible for formwork, wood cutting, and structural shaping required for concrete works. Steel Fixers will handle cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement steel according to structural drawings. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle safe working platforms for construction activities. Block Workers and Plaster Workers will handle masonry and finishing works, ensuring walls and surfaces are properly constructed and smoothed.

Welders (2G/3G) will perform welding operations for structural and metal fabrication works. Labour workers will assist in general site activities including material handling, loading, and cleaning. Painters will carry out surface preparation and finishing work, while Gypsum Board Workers will handle installation of false ceilings and partition systems.

All workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain safety compliance, and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout project execution.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants must have prior experience in construction-related trades relevant to their position. Knowledge of tools, materials, and basic construction techniques is required. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding site conditions.

Valid Absher iqama is mandatory for all positions. Original passport is also required for processing. Experience in Gulf construction projects will be considered an advantage. Ability to work in a team and follow safety instructions is essential.
