Safety Officer – 24 SAR per Hour
A leading company in Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring experienced Safety Officers for a 6-month project. This opportunity is open only to Indian candidates, as specified by the employer. Safety Officers play a critical role in maintaining a safe workplace by ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, identifying workplace hazards, and promoting safe working practices throughout the project.
The selected candidates will work closely with project management and site personnel to implement safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure that all activities are performed according to company and client safety standards. Primary Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will monitor daily site operations, conduct routine safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to prevent workplace incidents. Responsibilities include organizing toolbox talks, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), investigating incidents, preparing safety reports, and maintaining all required safety documentation.
The successful candidate will also coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with safety regulations, support emergency response procedures, and help maintain a safe and productive working environment throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial or construction safety experience and a solid understanding of occupational health and safety standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
Candidates must be Indian nationals, possess a valid Iqama with a minimum of 3 months validity, and have a valid Chamber registration. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to work effectively in industrial environments are highly preferred.
