Professional Role Overview
The Light Driver position involves transporting staff, materials, and equipment safely between designated project locations. Drivers will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation services, maintaining vehicle safety, and following all traffic and company regulations. The role is important for supporting daily project operations and ensuring smooth logistics movement across sites.
Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities
Light Drivers are responsible for operating company vehicles for transportation of workers and materials, ensuring safe driving practices, and maintaining cleanliness and basic condition of assigned vehicles. Drivers must follow assigned routes, maintain punctual schedules, and report any mechanical issues immediately. Basic communication in English is required for coordination with site staff and supervisors.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants must be at least 30 years of age, with valid Absher IQAMA and relevant driving experience. Candidates must have basic English knowledge for communication purposes. Required documents include passport copy, photo, insurance, GOSI, and Chamber certificate. Preference will be given to experienced drivers familiar with industrial or project site transportation work.
