A Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure a safe working environment on industrial and construction projects. Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities
Safety Officers conduct daily site inspections, identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, ensure compliance with Aramco and company safety procedures, monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), investigate incidents, conduct toolbox talks, prepare safety reports, and coordinate with supervisors and project management to implement corrective actions. They also ensure that all work activities are performed in accordance with approved HSE standards.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants must hold valid Aramco Safety Officer Approval, which is mandatory for this position.
